Holly K. Osburn is an Assistant Professor of Management at the University of Central Oklahoma. She received both her M.S. and Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Oklahoma. Her primary areas of interest include leadership, planning, creativity and business ethics. Her research can be found in The Journal of Creative Behavior, The Journal of Applied Behavioral Science, and a recent chapter in The Handbook of Organizational Creativity. Dr. Osburn teaches courses in Motivation, Organizational Behavior, and Leadership. In addition to her academic interests and pursuits, she has worked as a consultant in both the government and private sectors, doing job analysis, skills assessments, conflict management, and leadership coaching.
