Biographical Info

Dr. Waples joined the College of Business in 2009. He teaches Leadership and Management and Organizational Behavior for undergraduates and the UCO MBA. His research interests include leadership, business ethics, selection, and training. Dr. Waples has published journal articles in outlets such as the Journal of Business Ethics, the Creativity Research Journal, Ethics and Behavior, and Advances in Developing Human Resources.
