Dr. Degan Kettles has over 15 years of experience in the Information Systems area. Prior to working in academia Dr. Kettles managed software development for a large direct marketing firm and created several multi-million dollar earning software products. Dr. Kettles has taught management information systems, systems analysis and design, as well as several software development courses. His research emphasizes social technologies and knowledge management.
Dr. Kettles received his PhD from Arizona State University and a B.A. from Brigham Young University
