Dr. David Noel is a professor of Information Systems and Operations Management (ISOM) for the College of Business at the University of Central Oklahoma. He also serves as the network manager for the College and assistant chair for the ISOM department. Dr. Noel has completed his 42nd year of teaching at the college level. Among other things, he has served as an expert witness in several legal cases and is a standing member of the Major Field Test (MFT) Business Test Development Committee by Educational Testing Services (ETS), since 2005. Thus far, Dr. Noel has overseen both the quantitative methods and information systems portions of the exam. Dr. Noel is also a member of the CLEP Information Systems and Computer Applications Committee sponsored by College Board.
Dr. Noel earned his Ph.D. in MIS from Arizona State University, his M.S. in Statistics from Texas Tech University, his M.B.A. in Finance from Western Illinois University, and his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Southern Illinois University.
