The Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management at UCO’s College of Business prepares students in areas of employee relations, compensation and benefits, and recruiting.



The Human Resource Management Major

  • Human resource majors, will take human resource management, legal environment of HR compliance, HR training and development, recruitment and selection, and strategic compensation systems, in addition to the business core courses.
  • Students can customize their major with elective courses such as, employee relations management, organizational behavior, employee benefit planning, HR information systems/metric and introduction to OSHA.
  • Students will also have the opportunity to join the Human Resource Society.
